Yumatov Evgeny A. MD, Doctor Med. Sci. Professor, academician of International Academy of Sciences (ICSD/IAS), Corresponding member of the Ukrainian Academy of Technology & Cybernetics. Professor department of normal physiology I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy. Professor Power Engineering Institute. Major research interest: fundamental investigations in neurophysiology: discovery of the principle of multi-parametrical regulation in organism’s functional systems, development and experimental substantiation of the concept of central mechanisms of resistance to emotional stress. Prof. E.A. Yumatov has developed a new conception of informational technology on the bases of which he has been elaborated, patented and devised a number of alarm devices for protection of vitally important human functions in every-day life to solve the problem of timely medical help. He is also the author of lectures on «social psychophysiology» and the author of more than 230 scientific publications on respiratory physiology, blood circulation, emotional stress, brain neurochemistry, regulation of organism’s functions in domestic and foreign journals, in proceedings of International Congresses and Symposia. He is a co-author of 8 collective monographs. He has 7 patents for his inventions and some author certificates. Awarded an I.M. Sechenov Medal, P.K. Anokhin Medal, Medal of All-Russia Exhibition Center, Gold I.P.Pavlov Medal of International Academy of Sciences and others for his contribution to fundamental scientific and applied research activity.
