Stuart Sovatsky

Stuart Sovatsky (AB, Princeton, PhD, CIIS), a marriage therapist for 35 years, was first in the US to bring yoga to incarcerated youth and the homeless mentally-ill. Copresident of www.atpweb.org since 1999, he has directed the first "spiritual emergence" service in the US and was a 20 year trustee for CIIS. He was founding consultant to an award-winning $34 million ecological building project and was initiating co-convener of the 40 country World Congress on Psychology and Spirituality in India. He is the author of Eros Consciousness & Kundalini Words From the Soul, Your Perfect Lips and articles on suicidal linguistics, clinical admiration and infant terror. He leads spiritual retreats and trains therapists in Russia. A master Sanskrit chanter, he has chanted in private audiences with a former Chair of Unaligned Nations of the World, and with the current Perfect Master of Meher Baba Sufism.
