Savkin Alexander — director and cofounder of Coach Institute, coach-consultant, coauthor of Russian first book about coaching «Coaching the Russian way — courage to wish». Initiator and organizer of first International conference of coaching in 2002. Works in organizational consulting since 1994. In 2005 was among the top three nominees for the title «Best trainer of the year» (exhibition- conference «Trainings EXPO-2005») Main fields of activity: individual coaching of organizations’ top managers, conducting and support of changes in organization, development of coaches training program, forming and development of leading qualities.
