Eduard Sagalaev

Creator of several analytical programes during Perestroika, that have influenced popular opinion.  Editor-in-Chief of the Main Editors office for the Youth of the Central TV of the State Committee for TV and Radio from 1984 to 1988. He is now a president of the National Association of TV and Radio Broadcasters of Russia, which unites all TV channels of Russia. He is an art director of TV channel “Psychology 21” and the creator of popular program “Mystical Journeys with Eduard Sagalaev”
